These people are unreal. According to them verbally asking for validity of debt is not legal valid dispute of debt. Calling 7 times in one day is legal. I filed an on-line report with FTC this evening. I will follow up with written complaint. I have been keeping a log of all calls. I sent C&D letter and they are Now calling only once. I did ask for validation of debt through that same letter.I have written Sol letter to send out today. What should be my next move?
