According to the letter they sent They agree the law allows for a telephone dispute. "BUT their law firm is not legally required to provide verification of the debt and/or original creditorand address unless I dispute it in writing." Since I sent The C&D and validation request all in one letter, I'm not sure how this goes. What is an IMO? Also this debt is Sol in both states Ohio and West Virginia. Original request to validate debt verbally was early Jan./03 They still called harrassing everyday. I found this Board and have been trying to do the legal steps.Why do you feel I should hold off sending SOL letter to Wolpoff& Abromson?
