these guys need to be put out of service. here's what they did to me:
1.Hard inquiry put on from Arrow Financial concerning Household/Best Buy account. Dated Dec 26th.
2. Jan 7th we receive a letter in mail stating that Arrow Financial bought the debt and we have 30 days to dispute.
3. I send a Validation/C&D letter from all phone contact which was signed for on Feb 6th. Has two separate phone calls from these jerks on two separate days hasseling me and telling me crap (after the C&D mind you)
