Well they did not lie about one thing- your dispute has to be in writing. Always keep things in writing certified or something with proof of receipt. If the debt is SOL then send the letter right away but are you certain. I was not aware this company collects on sol debts. Also, keep your threads together. Splitting them confuses everyone. When was your last cc payment and what state are you in?
