Midland -assignee for FCNB/Speigal. is how they have it for creditor. Totally different acct:# They have different last activity and open ed date. Original Speigal has a charge off. According to all records on the credit report. Statute for OHIO and statute for West Virginia are only one year difference. I have only had One Speigal acct: ever. It's odd they all have same amt. It looks as if Midland is trying to reage and redo. If midland bought charged off debt does that start Sol all over? Can they put a new acct# on assigned debt? I'm totally lost. At time of the last entry on CR it states this last acct. was opened 6/02 and reported 1/03 .
