Well the SOL in your state is 6 years so you are close. If you can find anything(maybe on a credit report) showing the date of last activity that should show you the exactly month the SOL comes out. As for da investigations, I cannot find it anywhere and that is a first. Did they give an address or anything like that? Maybe a phone number could help. Anything?
