Now you do what I did. You bug the living crap out of them until they delete it. Just do not admit to the debt. Call in a few days and ask about their investigation. Pretend you have a major purpose coming up and you need it done asap. Pressure them ever so gently into getting it done now and getting the form sent to the CRAs and you if possible for deletion.
