On behalf of a client (in ND), I have started a lawsuit against these people. They are in Secaucus, NJ.

So far the individual running the place has resisted service of process. His receptionist refuses to give name to sheriff, and I have a couple of returns of service with "Jane Doe" and physical description. They have ignored all phone calls, e-mails, and snail-mails from me.

Will soon be asking court to allow service by publication in his local newspaper.

The guy running the place ran for Congress in the Republican primary in 2000. He lost.
