I received a letter Saturday in the mail agreeing to the payment arrangement that I offered them on Jan 31. Their letter states the payment terms correctly and "upon receipt of the above agrred amount, you will be released from further obligation in this matter". It doesn't say anything about marking paid on my report. Will this letter and proff of payment be suffcient for credit report? I also see that my first payment would be due on 2/20 and I received letter on 2/22.... does this mena that offer is invalid now? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
