I have been going over and over this credit report. It looks like Midland Credit is trying to pull a fast one. Not sure if Wolpoff& Abromson isn't a part of it. Old Credit report from 2001 has no mention of this acct # and yet it's reported two different ways to EFX and TRU. I received another call from The law firm this morning.Informed her I was turning on the recorder. Informed her again that they had received C&D letter on the 11th. Also had asked for bill validation at that time. I then hung up. By the way I sent letter to Midland asking for definite proof I am the one that owes this bill. Do you think this might be illegal re ageing?
