Thank you so much for the input. Do you think it may be possible to get it deleted from the CR altogether or should I just shoot for the paid as agreed? Would mentioning a possible bancruptcy (even though I would never file bankrupt)help me to settle for a lesser amount? Thanks in advance for any input!!!
