Ok. I'm back being confused.I was under the impression that reageing an acct. meant a new activty date or opening date.
Original Speigal acct. Sol for sueing is 5 yrs from last payment right? And Sol to be reported is 7 yrs. right? Well The original Speigal acct:# is on both reports. My problem is Midland has added a new acct# and under Midland -Rpt.12-02 -last activity 3/98 Under Midland Credit-rptd 1/03-no last activity-opnd 6/02. Keep in mind these two acct# are different than Original acct.# from Speigal charged off in 98 activity date 8/96.So I thank you in advance for help.
