The MBNA account was for $3600. It was charged off 12/02 and it now states on my credit report as sold to another lender. NCO Financial has called me about it. I contacted Budd Hibbs and he told me NCO does not sue, so now I am wondering if it was "purchased by another lender" if MBNA can ever come back against me or if it now belongs to NCO. ?? What's your situation, if you don't mind me asking?
