Account issued to minor?

I am in the process of cleaning up my credit report, hopefully to get a mortgage loan. After reviewing each negative account carefully, I found that one of my charged-off accounts (a cc from BofA) was issued when I was 17. Is this account legally enforcable? Can I request deletion of the negative because I was underage when it was issued? Also, I remember WhyChat or LadynRed mentioning another board which deals more specifically with credit clean-up. Can I get that web address, or one similar to it? Thanks everyone! P.S. If it matters for my first question, I'm in California.
