ON 2003 cr it has charge off date as 8/98 for OC. 2001 cr has (/98 for charge off date for Oc. a last payment date as 11/97=30 and it goes 60-90 etc. Is this proof enough? How do you tell what date it's supposed to come off cr. I got my Cr through CCC and that came from West Virginia Credit Bureau. 2/07/03. Only place to request it locally. Tried calling EQifax for dispute form and only got a machine. I was not going to send them copy of drivers license-bills-the list goes on. I should have received dispute form with cr.
