Yes, my house is still in both of our names - he signed a paper stating that he has no interest in the house (can't rememeber exactly what's called -but I didn't want to refinance at that time). My accounts are in my name and his acct is in his name. So my question is on my accts can they place a lien or judgment on the property since it is in both of our names and the same with his acct??
