Also, on the SOL does the SOL restart if a payment is made, even if the account is still behind? MBNA sold my account to another (NCO) stated on my credit report - can they take it back and still sue or is it up to NCO to do it now?? Citi just offered me a settlement of 70% of the balance ($2694).
