I called the banking commission in your state. They said if a collector buys a debt they no longer need a license which is a load of crap. However, if they are harrassing you with name calling, cursing, multiple calls, then he said definately get ahold of the attorney general in your state and they will help. The funny thing is I called dowell and when I refused to give your name the bitch hung up on me. I called back and bitched her out and refused to give me their address(hahaha) so I hung up on her. You have a nasty agency and I hope they get there. Since you state is a 2 party state, if you have caller ID(which I recommend) and they call back then answer the phone and saying something like 'this call may be recorded for quality purposes' and tape the conversation. Then come back and let me know in a higher up thread what the ho said.
