I recently lost my job approx. 6 months ago and will be employed again within the next 30 days receiving my first paycheck within 60 days. I plan on paying off my debt slowly but surely then. All I owe is non secured credit card debt. One creditor is reasonable and is allowing me to pay slowly. Another is threatening immediately to sue, garnish wages, and have a warrant issued for my arrest. My job offer that I will be starting is in Europe with a good salary that will afford me the luxory of a reasonable time frame for paying off debt. But the second debt collector is not allowing me to wait to pay in 60 days. What can they do to me. I do not own a car any property or stocks, bonds, etc. My job will be in Europe. Why wont they wait a little longer for a guarantee for money. Any suggestions. thanks,J
