First, they can't garnish until they win a lawsuit.

Second, they CANNOT issue a warrant for your arrest !! THAT is 100% bull and its an ILLEGAL threat under the FDCPA (as are most threats). There is NO debtors prison in the US.

You have no assets they can sieze and you'll be in Europe - even if they do sue and win a judgment, their chances of getting anything from you in the near future is nil.

Their threats are typical of collection agencies, and 99% crap - as is their 'time limits' to pay.
Believe me, they'll take any money you send them when you finally can.
