Thank you LadynRed. So in other words, this only applies if their has been a judgment rendered previously? In my case their hasn't been a judgement, so does this mean that since it has been 8-9yrs since my delinquency with Discover, Asset Acceptance (the current holder of the debt)can not sue? I was also wondering, if by making a verbal agreement with AAC to lower the debt and freeze the interest, then by sending them a check, did I inadvertintly re-start the clock of SOL?
