I moved out of an apartment (in georgia) in 11/96 (broke the lease). National Credit Systems took over the debt and is trying to sue for ~$3k. date of status on experian is 12/96. i sent them an sol from whychat and got no response (other than my green card), and in turn sent experian the invalid entry claim. exp sent back a new copy of my cr with a note saying they could not investigate because i did not tell them specifically why the info is inaccurate. as far as i can tell, ncs is beyond sol. any ideas?
