Whether or not they will file suit against you is something no one can answer except for the CC's and that might not be for a while. Why are you hoping to have them charged off? Having them charged off will not make them go away, creditors and eventually lawyers will still contact you for payment. If you can you should at least try to pay something towards these cards before they get further into collections and your credit is ruined even more.
Although if filing for bankruptcy is your last option, then you should seek legal advice as soon as you can. Good Luck.
