Right - No signed new agreement, they can go eat their scurvy children. Another favorite trick of these oracular goat colons is to claim that anything you send them in writing or perhaps even just speak constitutes a new, enforceable contract. Right, let 'em try that one in front of a judge. Perhaps they'd like to present their intriguing, well thought out premise on the FTC - in writing.
Mr. Reitzel & family have plenty of money at their disposal. According to one bloviation, he planned to thrown another forty mil or so into buying new accounts of people whom he hopes to reduce via the usual tactics. They don't need any of your hard earned money. Let him sell one of his homes in Grosse Pointe, or perhaps let go of some of his non-homestead protected parcels of land in central Florida.
Here's some medical advice, not legal, medical advice, as generously given to someone whose family was horribly harrassed for quite some time byt these half-wit gibbons: "You offered to settle, you begged to settle when you had the means and the greedy pigs mocked you, demanding more than ever was owed. Now, you give them nothing. Doctor's orders."
