this is a new one on me .. are you guys saying some card companies actually buy up old debt from OTHER creditors than tack the old debt on to your new card from a brand new bank ???? if this is true this is another ALLTIME low in my opinion & its shocking to me .. if this is so HOW can they do this IF the stuff's off your big 3 credit reports , im guessing its from accounts still within the 7 yr federal reporting limit ??? thanx , kel .....
