I had a judgement placed against me from Sears and only the Sears is on my credit report. Sears is ruthless! They started this tactic about 2 years ago and they burned me bad! I paid off the judgement through scare tactice from lawyers office goons and I hope it doesn't ruin my creidt for ever! Sear was the only card NOT to work with me in my time of financial woe (divorce)...a bunch of jerks!!
