We're both in California. I was planning on using the guidelines from www.creditinfocenter.com to write the restrictive endorsement, and also to require a signature from a representative with the agency before sending any $$$. Like I said, I would love to settle this thing once and for all, but I don't want to stir them up and have more problems.
