I had some car titles lost, through our bank. Have started asking for the titles with in the last 3yrs. Found out that our acct. had been written-off, Bank never notified us on this taken step. This was in 98 when we were written-off....they never tried to contact us during the almost 5yrs. Now that we are trying to get our titles, they say that they had mailed several notices of delinquincies, but we never received such letters. And that they had tried to repo our vehicles earlier in the years, and our vehicles were never found. Could they be saying all this only to cover their tracks? Because they have never even filed a judgement against us through the court system. Thanks for your time.
