Capital acquisitions and management out of rockford, illinois. 102 AG complaints just in their state against them, 2 current class actions lawsuits against them covering 5 states and growing, multiple violations of the fdcpa and fcra with nearly every victim, and still they are being protected. We will see. all it takes is one person who will show interest in a position of power such as a large newspaper or a senator and the favoring and abuse will end.
