This is tricky, if you pay ff whomever you are paying, and a different party filed the judgment, you will STILL have a judgment on your record that can appear on your credit report any time and still be enforced!!

I suggest you start by going to the Court and getting a copy of whatever was filed, and what they claimed for service. At the same time, ask for whatever forms they have to get it vacated.
