CAMCO has been sending letters, (no calls) about a debt that was a write-off in 1991 (last pay 1990). I sent the following letter crrr; Capital Acquisitions & Management Co
P.O. Box 5087
Rockford IL 61125-0087 RE: In response to your letter dated (See Attached Letter).
You are hereby notified that I dispute the validity of the debt referenced in the attached letter. Please provide validation of the debt. Name
Address They sent three document back;
1) A File ID stating Original Creditor, Date purchased,
Name, SSN...Is this the Validation?
2) An offer to settle, WE AT CAMCO HAVE DECIDED TO EXTEND A MOST GENEROUS OFFER....
3) An Affidavit and Assignment from Jeff C. Garrington. What do I do next?
