WHY CHAT,
Can you please help me with a statue of limitations question?
I am being hunted by CAMCO regarding a deficiency balance on an auto repo dating back to 1990. The car was repossessed in VA and I now live in MO. I have your SOL letter. Just not sure what type of contract an auto contract/ repo is. Written would be ten years in MO.
Please advise.
