I'd sue them anyway ! If they've been reporting inaccurate information, its a violation of the FCRA and you can get $1000 PER VIOLATION under the FCRA. Sears is rotten about bad reporting and they're getting away with it. For every month they've reported inaccurate info, this is 1 violation - so how many months has it been ??? You can also get damages and court costs -- I'd go for the throat if you're up to it. Sears need a hard slap upside the head !
