I'm not Why Chat, but maybe I can help with this one. Once your vehicle is repo'd the contract with the original creditor is ended. They have AT MOST 2 years to sue you for the deficiency. Send them the letter stating SOL and the account is time-barred from collection. Then get in touch with Scott (scroll down the forum and find his posts dealing with camco)and he'll help you out further!!
