"Closed by credit grantor" on CR

After a short bumpy financial situation my credit is on the mend. Used a CCC service and my CC debt has been paid down to a little more than half of its former self. Most CC companies have been very cooperative with a few exceptions (Sears and Household Finance). I have noticed on my CR that several companies have reported that the accounts were closed by them (credit grantor) and reading other entries posted on this forum that entry isn't good. I voluntarily participated in the CCC service and wasn't involved in any pending court or CA actions with any of my creditors. I requested the closure of the accounts via the CCC service. I have copies of the CCC proposal letters to the creditors. Each stated that I request the account to be closed and a new payment schedule be considered. Can I get the Closed by Credit Grantor entries removed from my CR?
