I do not suggest you send them any offer for withdrawal of your claim against them. If anything, should they contact you, you should THEN agree to withdraw your charges if they have theirs withdrawn AND pay you damages (ask for $1,000, settle for less) They are going to send you a request for "discovery" , you should simply give them back the form with only your name and address confirmed, and "no knowledge, or no records" on everything else.
