I’m in the process of fixing my credit. I get an updated report from TU and am shocked to see; SERMAN ACQ.

Opened 10/2002. Original Creditor is ITT Financial. It was a secured loan that I defaulted on in 1988. This is the first time this has shown on my credit report. The account has OBVIOUSLY been re-aged. What can I do? Is this legal? Is a lawsuit in order? I can’t even find a way to contact this company. What to do?
