Arrow Financial and RMA, potential lawsuit

I am a licensed attorney in the state of West Virginia. On behalf of a client, I will likely be filing suit against both Arrow and RMA for, among other things, violations of the FDCPA. These violations are well documented in my office. Could anybody tell me of any significant relationship between the two companies, or if there is any knowledge of a class action pending against either? Thank you.
