thanks..court has put off the trial date by 2 months...generally, is this good or bad? what are the chances of a CA maintaining all docs (agreements, statements etc) for a 7+ yr old debt? do lawyers really do discovery during this time or is it a stalling tactic? do they go back to OC fishing for docs? again, thanks for your time.
