the company is urs, inc. they are inoffice recovery, i believe. They are not wanting to budge but today got information that showed our divorce in 1998 and they have been dealing with him(his name is not on the card) so i have a little leverage and I think they want to settle now because I have told them that I am going to speak to my lawyer due to them dealing with my ex. so we will see what happens.
