Lady, you recently answered a person regarding Discover card woes and in your post to them you said something about non exempt properties. I have tried to look this info up (I live in FL) and everything relates back to bankruptcy(which I haven't filed). Heres my deal: back in 2002 a judgement was granted against me in the amount of $7000.00 plus 9% accruing interest. The company that was granted the judgement has not contacted me since the judgement was granted. I hired a lawyer to try to "satisfy" the judgement, but the company wouldn't settle for what we wanted. How do I know if and when they will come after me?? And exactly what can and can't they take???
