See, this is why the conversation was so confusing, they said they didn't purchase my loan. They said they are just an authorized credit agency for the CA student aid commision. Is ACS really a jerky agency? I barely found anything about them on this forum (one thing out of zillions) but I guess I need to know if there is another alternative. Thanks.
