OH NO..I settled with a CA

I just found this site. I can't believe I settled with a CA!

Here is my story. I had a van repo'd by ford motor credit in 2000. Deficiency balance was 8K. I get a call from ALLIED INTERSTATE wanting me to pay up. I negotiate 4k payment. I get a settlement letter and send in my money.
That was back in august of 2002. They still have not updated on CRA's. I dispute with all three and get back "verified." What can I do now.
The trade line is with Ford Motor Credit, not Allied Interstate.

Please help.
