hope so..because this is taking my time and yours..:-C! I have my pen ready for the discovery request. One thing that might have them scrambling could be the mention of civil liability for violations..anyway, will keep you posted...just one note..I found that I made a minor typo (left a word but does not change context)in the motion..is it a big deal?
