Arrow/RMA

I had a charged off credit card from 98 that was bought by Arrow. Since Jan of 2002 I have sent Arrow two letters requesting validation as well as C&D after they called my residence. Now today I get a letter from RMA about this debt and it has been sent to them From Arrow as the creditor. I know the sol is up since i live in Ohio. My ? is do I have to start the validation with them and point out to them that
Arrow was unable to validate now you try!!lol
