The BK exemptions for each State are the SAME exemptions as for judgment liens.

In Fl. you have total homestead exemption,and exemption from wage garnishment if you are "head of household" and exempton of $1,500 EQUITY (at wholesale value) for a car.

The ONLY time you might be at risk is if you have a bank account in your own name and they know about it, they CAN and will grab the $$ out unless you file a notice with the Court that your funds are exempt from seizure, ss, child support etc. or are needed for basic household expenses.
