CCCS is paid by what is called a fair share from the credit card companys. the $17 you are paying is for an administrative fee. what you need to do is make sure the agreements are accurate with CCCS and the creditors in terms of the interest rate what was the agreement,and when the payments are being made to the creditors. request a monthly statement from CCCS and proof of when they made the payments.
