The judment is Thomas D Hocking(atty for Asset). The paper is titled Default Request, Affidavit, Entry and Judgement. (Sum Certain) There is also a writ for Garnisment for any employee and the state against my tax refunds. OC is Household Automotive. They didnt go through the legal steps required, (I didn't know this then) when they Repoed the car. No offer to pay and get the car back, no offer to retrieve my personal belongings or my Michigan State Plate and Tags. OC also feel through on their end of settelment just before selling. It was verbal, but I have some paperwork to show my efforts in payments. I also did Motion for Installment payments. It was denied, though the Judgment says I can make payments of 25.00 a month until I get back to work. Even then, I won't have anymore money than I do, less even, for I have to pay for day care for at least two of my children. Anymore advice for this scared as heck mom of four?
