What a repo guy can do and can't do

I was watching a show about repo men. It is similiar to the television show Cops. While watching the show, I learned a few things that I thought I would share with you.

1. IF you catch a repo guy in the act of taking your vehicle and get into a verble agrument. It is called breach of peace. If this happens the repo guy has to stop is efforts and leave the area without your vehicle. If not a cop if called can site them for it and they still have to leave. This is why most repo's tend to happen at night. Your sleeping while they take your ride. If you put your vehicle in a locked fence or locked gargage, they aren't suppose to be able to access the area to get the vehicle or that is breaking an entering.

A cop was called out to a repo scene, all you would have to say is something to the effect that there is a paperwork sanfu and your in the process of correcting it, etc.

This is what the repo show was talking about. I really don't know what the legal ramifications are thought.
