Forget pride and stoicism. The chancroid bullies who invade the sanctity of our homes with their tuna-breath bleatings indeed cause distress. Their unending harassment is sickening. Tell your doctor. Tell a psychiatrist. Document everything.
Induction of psychological or physical harm is not allowed by the FTC or any state statute. This conduct may, that's 'may' transcend the protections from liability that these companies labor so well to construct.
After all, no LLC or Partnership can withstand credible charges that its employees made things personal - after all you took it as such - when they called you. They've damaged you, just as would some drunk who plows his jalopy into your car.
Tell your doctor and always be ready to countersue on grounds that the assaultive speech of these CA criminals has left you damaged.
Speak to them in language they understand. Dirtbags cannot comprehend reasoning, they callously dismiss pleas for mercy, they mock the disabled and take their funds.
And to what purpose? To discharge the debt? To pay back the bank? No, to buy crack cocaine, girlies, boy-toys, and other items near and dear to the hearts of such ilk. Decent people do not frequent these businesses.
What to say? If you cannot win their love with kindness and honor, if your efforts to earn their respect with strength fall upon deaf hearts, then instill into them the fear. Let them wax eneuretic and the mere suggestion of your name. Burn these bums with every legal device available, and you have many available.

Hair conditioner is a vital component of good grooming. Condition them so that their hair stands on end when they hear your name. Cost them money by filing complaints, file with the state AG, the bar, tell your doctor, write letters to the editor.
Yes, write your congressman about this phoney baloney bankruptcy greaseball reform bill. Yes, it sounds corny, but if you write, your representatives will listen.
Problem is that they only hear from the banker$ side of the aisle, the side strewn with viscous canine excrement, made visually presentable with a covering of green.
Let them hear from us.
And tell your physicians. Why do cops go off on disabilities? Because they are sick. How do they document the illness? By telling their doctor.
And a few people here and there in increasing amount who fall ill from the vicious harassment of credit collectors will naturally generate costs to their medical insurers.
And if insurers begin to see a pattern of serious traumae induced by the illegal conduct of these momentarily prosperous CA's...?
The stuff of dreams? Visualize it, do it, it will happen. Did anyone think in 1985 that within a few years the Berlin Wall would drop to its just destruction?
The CA's and their string pullers in the Credit Card 'industry' constitute a Berlin Wall shoved between our peace of mind, health, and ability to prosper. Smash it, take no prisoners.
